The Jim Thorpe Area School District's Board of Education approved a new transportation contractor at the special meeting last Wednesday. The new transportation contractor, ROHRER, is holding two meetings this week to introduce their company to all current bus and van drivers as well as anyone else who may be interested in becoming a bus or van driver for the upcoming school year and beyond.
The meetings will be held in the high school library on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 5:00 PM and again on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 9:30 AM. If interested, please choose to attend the meeting that best fits your schedule and enter through the District Office entrance at 1100 Center Street. Attached to this email is a welcome letter from the new contractor that contains more information regarding the agenda for the two meetings.
