We are now hiring bus and van drivers for the Jim Thorpe Area School District. The rate for school bus drivers is $24/hour, with a guarantee 4.5 hours daily, and the rate for van drivers is $19.50/hour, with a guarantee of 4.5 hours daily. There are always field trips and sports trips available as well for extra work; those are paid at $19.50/hour. We also have great incentives available here at Rohrer! Members of our Rohrer Bus HR team will be at the Jim Thorpe Area High School library on June 19th and 20th. We are having on-site paperwork that will start at 10:00 am, and applications will be available for those that cannot stay to complete the full paperwork. We will have staff available to answer questions and help with completing the applications from 10:00 am-1:00 pm. Please remember to bring your driver’s license and social security card to complete the paperwork.
